England wins the first Cricket Test Match of India England Test  Cricket Series of 2021. England won by 277 runs. Highlights of the match are listed below:-

1.   England made a Mammoth Score of 578 runs in the First Innings.  It dominated by Joe Root who               scored  218 runs.

2.   India scored just 337 runs in their First Innings and the main Scorers were R.Pant with 91, Washington       Sunder with 85 and C.Pujara with 73 runs respectively.

3.    In the second innings England was rocked by the spin of R.Ashwin as he took 6 wickets for 61 runs.

4.    In the last innings India was blown away in just 58.1 overs for 192, and thereby handing a big win to the English team.
